• Manage priorities, define milestones, monitor developers' work and regularly communicate the progress of initiatives to the Murex Regulatory IT team
• Identify users' needs and write detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development
• Work on projects and corrective and evolutionary maintenance tasks around the Murex software package, collaborating within Agile methodologies
• Coordinate functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), participate in application integration and automate the tests needed to ensure the system works properly
• Train end users by preparing user guides, manuals and procedures to support operations
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and the optimisation of the team's work tools

• At least 9 years of professional experience in similar roles in the financial and regulatory sector
• Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar areas, with solid knowledge of programming languages and software development
• Technical expertise in the Murex ecosystem, namely Datamart, MSL and Exchange MXML
• Strong skills in SQL databases (Oracle) and PL/SQL
• Practical experience in automation and scripting using Python and Shell Scripting
• Well-established knowledge of XSLT, XSL, XML, HTML and SOAP integration services
• Proficiency in version control tools such as GIT
• Team spirit, collaborative attitude, focus on the quality of deliverables and enthusiasm for sharing technical knowledge with colleagues
