• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer;
• Collaborate on new features, simulations, and improvements with cross-functional development teams;
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards;
• Contribute to innovation and IPR by filing invention disclosures and patents;
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks;
• Understand customer configurations and issues.

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing;
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L1, L2, Digital Signal Processing, and Radio Resource Management;
• Analytical mindset, high capacity, and result-oriented approach;
• Ability to deliver under pressure;
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written;
• Nice to have: Professional experience in a similar telecommunications position, hands-on experience with C, C++, and/or Java, experience in systems analysis.
