The project is in the retail banking sector and involves products such as personal and savings accounts, deposits, and cards.

• Analyze and reconcile business and system requirements and processes;
• Plan, conduct, and document meetings and analytical workshops;
• Prepare and approve business and system requirements specifications;
• Conduct feasibility studies for submitted requirements and changes;
• Define quality and acceptance criteria for changes, including developing test scenarios;
• Estimate the complexity of requirements, including financial outlays and deadlines;
• Develop and update user instructions.

• At least 5 years of experience in a business/system analysis role;
• Experience in the banking or financial sector;
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of completed tasks and formulate conclusions and recommendations for further actions;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, and SQL;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies;
• Fluent in Polish;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with processes in the retail customer area (personal/savings accounts, deposits, cards).
