CGI provides IT and business consulting services. Its Retail & Consumer Services unit supports mission-critical applications that drive retail innovation for a large retail client.

• Conduct integration testing and validate system functionalities;
• Review and improve technical documentation for system processes;
• Manage incident resolution at the 3rd Level Support (OSP);
• Proactively test system functionalities and contribute to system adoption;
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and reliability;
• Collaborate to resolve bugs and coordinate fixes;
• Maintain clear and structured communication with colleagues and stakeholders from a systematic point of view;
• Support the deployment and adoption of new store system technologies;
• Ensure compliance with best practices in system documentation and testing;
• Create test cases based on user requirements, execute test runs, and report results in Test Rail;
• Execute and test APIs using PostMan;
• Manage project workflows, documentation, and collaboration in JIRA and Confluence.

• 5+ Years of experience in incident management and efficient troubleshooting;
• Experience with API testing and thorough understanding of API calls and required tools;
• Experience in system workflow analysis;
• Proven experience evaluating business systems and their fit within business architecture;
• Understanding of complex application integrations and their impact on different systems;
• Hands-on experience building and debugging syncs;
• Good communication in Dutch and English;
• Located in the Netherlands;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Nice to have: Experience with DaoCloud, understanding of BPMN.
