• Identify and elaborate business needs with product managers and the support team;
• Analyze competitors’ solutions and track new technologies, products, and features in the ERP area;
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for features involving multiple integrations;
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, analyze, test, and document functionality for design work;
• Structure information and write functional design specifications and technical requirements;
• Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers during programming, debugging, and testing;
• Perform acceptance testing and report bugs;
• Troubleshoot customer issues and propose solutions;
• Demonstrate features and enhancements to technical and non-technical audiences and manage feedback;
• Help product managers elaborate the product backlog.

• Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks, information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics, or informatics;
• 10+ Years of experience in system analysis, software design, and development of functional specifications;
• 10+ Years of experience in the business software development industry;
• Understanding of software design principles, software engineering processes, and the software product lifecycle;
• User empathy and the ability to model user behavior and identify flaws in running applications;
• Systems thinking and the ability to manage complexity at different levels;
• Ability to structure large amounts of information, decompose objects and processes, synthesize solutions, and perform impact analysis;
• Strong technical writing and technical communication skills;
• Professional knowledge of English;
• Nice to have: Previous experience as a Software Developer, Programming Analyst, or in other coding-related work, business analysis experience for complex business products similar to ERP, experience with products with a continuous lifecycle and maintenance, C# .NET experience, experience with microservices or cloud services integration, Russian.
