System Analyst

• Lead or support business and system analysis across front, middle, and back-office processes;
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements;
• Document business processes;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements;
• Define integration interfaces and contribute to the design and testing of API and file-based integrations;
• Plan and execute data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation;
• Participate in system configuration, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover/dress rehearsal planning;
• Support regulatory and compliance-related activities as part of system implementation;
• Utilize AI-powered solutions, training sessions, and virtual assistants such as EYQ to enhance analyses and insights.

• Experience in software implementation projects in Agile methodology;
• Analytical and documentation skills, including UML, BPMN, and writing functional/technical specs;
• Understanding of integration architecture, such as APIs, messaging, and file-based systems;
• Fluent in English;
• Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field;
• Willingness to travel and/or work in hybrid mode from the Warsaw office;
• Nice to have: Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms, basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python to understand technical concepts, AI knowledge and experience, familiarity with insurance business processes in sales path, claims handling, or billing.
