The company develops a cloud-based Visitor Management and Digital Signage platform designed to build scalable business solutions.

• Analyze business needs, user journeys, and technical constraints;
• Break down complex features into functional requirements, modules, and development tasks;
• Prepare specifications for backend, frontend, mobile applications, APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations;
• Define feature behavior, edge cases, validation rules, and acceptance criteria;
• Create UML/BPMN diagrams, user flows, and sequence diagrams;
• Research external APIs, SDKs, and technical protocols;
• Analyze competitor products and identify implementation approaches;
• Work on Windows-based solutions, self-service terminals, and connected peripheral devices;
• Participate in the analysis of mobile application scenarios, including iOS;
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Project Managers, and business stakeholders;
• Support requirements clarification, implementation reviews, and solution validation.

• 5+ Years of experience as a System Analyst;
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting software requirements;
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems;
• Excellent analytical thinking and decomposition skills;
• Experience with UML and BPMN;
• Good knowledge of JSON, SQL, and REST APIs;
• Understanding of microservices architecture;
• Ability to work with complex, evolving requirements;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
• German language skills;
• Nice to have: Experience in cross-functional team environments.
