Docplanner provides healthcare technology that helps patients access and share reviews while enabling doctors to manage bookings. Its payments product processes patient payments to doctors and clinics for appointments.

• Help product areas strategically build the product by identifying growth opportunities, estimating their potential impact, and guiding strategy through metric frameworks and insights;
• Work with higher management, business stakeholders, and researchers to create and validate qualitative and quantitative hypotheses;
• Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts for the team’s main metrics;
• Manipulate and transform large datasets to generate insights and perform root-cause analysis;
• Collaborate with the Product team to test new features and validate hypotheses through experimentation and A/B testing;
• Perform segmentation analysis to understand customers and their main engagement drivers;
• Build, maintain, and continuously evolve the analytics stack for complex payment processes across multiple apps and technologies;
• Train and coach others.

• 3+ Years of relevant analytics experience working with business KPIs and metrics, including 2+ years working closely with product managers and user research teams;
• Strong SQL skills and experience with DBT;
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data visualization tools;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar event-tracking tools;
• Experience with Python and its Data Science libraries;
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI IDEs;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights that executives and stakeholders act on;
• Ability to manipulate, transform, and reshape data from multiple sources;
• Experience with root-cause analysis, regressions, and proving correlation and causation;
• Understanding of data warehouses, aggregated datasets, data pipelines, and data flows;
• Experience designing, implementing, measuring, and interpreting A/B tests;
• Experience enabling others through stakeholder training and improving data literacy and autonomy;
• Excellent understanding of statistics;
• Familiarity with complex Product organizations in the SaaS market;
• Nice to have: Experience using cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and AI to automate and improve analytical work.

• Salary ranging from €40,000 to €50,000 per year;
• Contract by Remote.com;
