TBAuctions operates an internet marketplace platform that provides auction experiences for bidders and sellers. The company focuses on delivering value, transparency, and innovation through a collaborative and diverse team environment.

• Embed in feature work from start to finish to provide a data-driven perspective on feature shaping and impact measurement;
• Design and run experiments, including quasi-experimental designs like interrupted time series;
• Own funnel and journey analysis, identify and fix conversion bottlenecks, and instrument event tracking;
• Build data foundations, including analytics pipelines and data models on the lakehouse;
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics, ROI, and reporting to drive business decisions;
• Measure the usage and effectiveness of internal tools and backoffice systems;
• Build self-serve dashboards and tooling to enable team autonomy.

• Strong expertise in product analytics with a focus on best practices;
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, specifically within Databricks and dbt environments;
• Solid background in experimentation and statistics;
• Experience with behavioural and event analytics tools like Segment;
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Databricks Genie;
• Strong communication skills capable of engaging both developers and C-level stakeholders;
• Demonstrated ability to work with autonomy and drive automation;
• Nice to have: Eagerness to learn and grow.

• Yearly salary of €85.000 - €90.000 based on experience;
