Clarivate provides Information Services, including IP Portfolio Management Software Systems that help customers keep their intellectual property portfolios up to date with recurring releases covering new or modified intellectual property laws and deadline calculations.

• Execute the strategy to keep the IPfolio Docket Engine up to date with jurisdictional law changes and coordinate deliverables for each IP law client content release according to defined release frequencies;
• Draft implementation requirements and implement configuration changes in the assigned IP management system according to defined processes and best practices;
• Participate in QA review and testing of implementation requirements drafted by peers;
• Enhance or amend existing configuration for assigned internal projects or client queries;
• Track and update implementation progress using internal tools;
• Analyze changes from law update release candidates against fictional client data to identify potential issues or anomalies;
• Collaborate with QA testers to ensure implementations work as intended;
• Review, research, and analyze client support queries and assist in determining comprehensive resolutions;
• Work with the customer law support team on customer-reported issues and questions;
• Escalate and assist in resolving issues with law-related functionality, the law interface, and upgrade tools in collaboration with IP Laws, product, and software development colleagues;
• Maintain and enhance documentation and best practices for implementation processes.

• At least 5 years of previous experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the intellectual property field;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience in IP Management Software, preferably IPfolio; experience in docketing and trademark and/or patent filing and prosecution; understanding of jurisdictional logic and laws; experience analyzing data and creating advanced data queries; proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other tools required for day-to-day work.
