• Work with product managers and other stakeholders to agree on priorities and identify problems worth solving
• Bring recommendations to the business, including opportunities it may not identify independently
• Define stream metrics, including activation, funnel expectations, calculation methods, and consistency with company-wide metrics
• Design tests by defining hypotheses, primary metrics, audience splits, duration, and result interpretation
• Automate testing workflows so experiments can run routinely
• Build infrastructure for testing at scale, using external tools or internal solutions, to expand testing across product teams

• End-to-end product analytics experience, with decisions that changed the roadmap
• Fluent in SQL, confident in Python, and experienced in experimentation and causal methods
• Experience selecting or building tools for tests and metrics
• Use AI tools in daily work
• Partner with stakeholders rather than only executing tickets
• Proactively identify problems and develop hypotheses
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and explain reasoning to product and business stakeholders
• English at C1 or above
