задачи
Lead a team of product analysts supporting product and business teams
Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly
Work with product and marketing stakeholders on fundamental research and one-time requests
Support and monitor Financial Products metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop metrics that inform organizational decision-making
Develop data visualizations and reports for business and product teams
Assist with planning data structures and data quality improvements
Define how users adopt and use cards and optimize products for long-term value
требования
Minimum 4 years of experience as a data or product analyst
Experience leading a team of data analysts
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools
Experience planning data structures for new products and features
Strong knowledge of Python, including Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, and Matplotlib
Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving; ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with business and product teams
Upper-intermediate English proficiency
