• Improve checkout and the post-purchase experience
• Identify reasons users do not complete payments and test hypotheses to simplify the payment journey
• Work with the team to improve AI Chat by finding automation scenarios and assessing resolution quality and business impact
• Research the user journey from ticket creation to resolution, agent performance, and refund decisions
• Forecast support workload, improve the automatic refund model, and identify cost reductions while maintaining service quality
• Help teams select metrics and experiment designs, interpret A/B test results, and automate analysis
• Develop clear, useful payments, billing, and support metrics for decision-making; investigate changes and anomalies
• Identify growth opportunities, estimate initiative impact, and help teams prioritize investments
• Prepare data for AI tools and automate repetitive analysis so colleagues can answer basic questions independently

• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
• Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on A/B testing experience, from hypothesis formation to conclusions and recommendations
• Experience applying AI in analytical work, integrating it into daily tasks, verifying its outputs, and identifying automation opportunities
• Independence, business interest, and the ability to investigate problems, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis to decisions
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues from different backgrounds
• Ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders, clarify priorities, agree on scope and timelines, and justify deprioritization
