backend developer for cross-border order fulfillment

Joom Group is an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies. Its businesses include a global cross-border marketplace, a B2B marketplace, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers, and a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Marketplace Solutions enables Joom to offer its marketplace solutions to other companies, providing access to sellers’ products and managing end-to-end order fulfillment.

• Design architecture;
• Program in Go;
• Provide fault tolerance for services in an AWS environment;
• Prepare for continuous increases in processed and stored data loads and volumes;
• Participate in discussions about new features and product development;
• Manage and mentor a backend team of 3–6 developers.

• Experience leading and developing a backend team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members;
• Confident knowledge of at least one of Go, Java, Kotlin, C++, Python, or Scala;
• Experience developing complex projects;
• Excellent algorithmic skills;
• Experience developing for Linux/Unix;
• Nice to have: highload experience, MongoDB, Kubernetes.
