Danone is a food and beverage company producing healthy, sustainably produced foods and beverages. Its IT & Data function develops advanced technology and data solutions to support Danone units worldwide.

• Support the Product Owner in defining product roadmap items and preparing backlog documentation;
• Gather and consolidate requirements from CBUs and regions, validating them through workshops or interviews;
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and basic functional documentation;
• Check and validate delivered features using acceptance criteria, including UAT preparation and execution;
• Prepare training materials and support the Learning & Development team in delivering training sessions;
• Assist in maintaining platform governance, documentation, and compliance processes;
• Track system performance metrics, adoption rates, and user feedback, and highlight improvement opportunities;
• Conduct initial issue investigations, support troubleshooting, and coordinate resolution with technical teams;
• Support change management actions across regions to build CRM culture and drive consistent adoption;
• Stay updated on market trends and HCP CRM best practices and share insights with the product team.

• 2–3 Years’ experience in CRM/SFA, preferably in Life Science/Pharma;
• Experience working in cross-functional projects or product environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders;
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce.com-based solutions, basic experience with analytics, BI tools, or data visualization.
