Founded in 2019, the company serves customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, with millions of customers and 65,000 brands, government services, and small businesses relying on its products.

• Lead a team of product analysts supporting product and business teams across their work;
• Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly and compellingly;
• Work with product and marketing stakeholders on fundamental research and one-time requests;
• Support and monitor Financial Products metrics, identify improvement areas, and develop new decision-making metrics;
• Develop informative and accessible data visualizations and reports for business and product teams;
• Assist in planning data structures and improving data quality.

• At least 4 years of experience as a data or product analyst;
• Experience leading a data analyst team of any size;
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases;
• Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools;
• Experience planning data structures for new products and features;
• Strong knowledge of Python, including Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, and Matplotlib;
• Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business and product teams;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher;
• Nice to have: Product analytics experience in fintech, experience leveraging LLM/AI for analytical purposes.
