Product Analyst

Freedom Finance Technologies is a Cyprus-based fintech company and part of the international financial holding Freedom Finance, developing and maintaining trading and banking IT products and IT infrastructure worldwide.

• Coordinate work across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams;
• Prepare and maintain product requirements and development tasks;
• Track progress and follow up on deliverables;
• Assist with testing and validation of new functionality;
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements;
• Support product planning and prioritization activities;
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 2+ Years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Comfortable learning complex business domains and workflows;
• English: at least B1;
• Russian: native;
• Nice to have: Understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or derivatives, Familiarity with options and multi-leg strategies, Basic Python, SQL, or data analysis skills, Experience with UX/UI design processes, Experience working in fintech or capital markets.

• Fully remote work;
