MEDvidi is a medical technology company that develops AI-driven and conventional product features to automate clinical and operational workflows. The organization focuses on streamlining medical documentation, patient intake verification, and provider tooling to reduce manual labor in a high-stakes clinical environment.

• Own the full product analytics stack for team features, including discovery, experiment design, funnel analysis, and impact assessment;
• Analyze production behavior of AI and automation workflows across clinical and operational journeys;
• Investigate hallucinations, silent failures, and quality degradation in AI-generated output;
• Examine logs, transcripts, and operational data to identify patterns;
• Design evaluations for AI quality and integrate findings into prompt and product improvements;
• Build monitoring and dashboards for AI and automation health;
• Measure business and operational impact of automation initiatives and surface associated risks;
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, MedOps, and Legal teams to support decision-making.

• 3+ Years of experience in Product, Operational, or Data Analytics within complex production systems;
• Understanding of AI, ML, and LLM systems;
• Effective, structured written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments;
• Strong background in product or operational analytics with proficiency in SQL and Python;
• Fluent Russian;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience evaluating LLM outputs or AI systems, previous experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
