Marketing & business analyst

Yokohama Alliance Tire Europe (Y-ATE) is a fully owned subsidiary of The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. They design, develop and manufacture specialized off-highway and commercial tires. In this unique graduate role, you will work directly for and with our client’s CEO. You will gain a bird's-eye view of all global business activities and act as the crucial link in their international communication.

• You will collaborate daily with colleagues across different continents to gather input, updates, and results.
• You coordinate international communication channels and ensure everyone is aligned.
• You dive into data from all worldwide business activities.
• You build, maintain, and analyze Power BI dashboards to clearly map out organizational performance for the CEO.
• You translate complex global data into crystal-clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• With these, you prepare the CEO down to the last detail for board meetings, international presentations, and strategic decision-making.

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., International Business, Marketing, Communication, or Business Analytics).
• You are an ambitious starter (2 years of experience including internships) who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
• You have demonstrable experience with Power BI and are an absolute expert at structuring and designing professional PowerPoint presentations.
• You possess outstanding communication skills (fluent English is a must) and the cultural sensitivity required to connect effectively across different continents.
• You are analytically strong, yet possess the interpersonal and communication skills to convey your conclusions clearly to others.
• You are proactive and able to adapt quickly when the CEO's priorities shift.
