Market Data Analyst (Student Assistant)

As our new Market Data Analyst Student Assistant, your primary focus will be to work closely with the Global Market Data Management team across jurisdictions, maintaining and controlling our real-time multi-asset reference data. The Market Data team is part of the Markets Department and is crucial in providing and maintaining the data and pricing for our trading platform.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of our reference and pricing data
• Support data extraction and analysis
• Contribute to process and system improvements
• Support contractual reporting to exchanges and data providers
• Meet strict timelines and service levels in a fast-paced trading environment
• Maintain and update documentation

• Currently in your final year of a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science or a related field, with an ambition to continue with a master’s degree
• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets is an advantage
• Technical flair with proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or data processing is considered a plus
• Previous exposure to the banking or investment sector is an advantage, but not a requirement

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who is structured, detail-oriented, analytical and self-motivated. Someone with a focus on effective problem solving while working with tight deadlines. You are a team player willing to share learnings and new ideas. Additionally, you have a flair for communicating at different management levels and you are proficient in English, both oral and written.
