IT business analyst

The team is responsible for developing operational processes for business and corporate clients in the Business Banking area. It implements and maintains processes related, among other things, to document handling, order processing, and support for onboarding processes. The team works on the low-code IWA workflow platform based on IBM FileNet, which supports processes such as opening customer relationships, changing representation, handling complaints, and changing contract terms.

• You work in a self-organizing team using agile methodologies (Scrum).
• You collaborate with internal clients, analyzing their business needs.
• You co-create business documentation.
• You design functionalities using the available tools.
• You create functional documentation.
• You break down functionalities into smaller tasks.
• You implement assigned tasks on our platform.
• You conduct functional tests and support acceptance testing.

• You have at least 4 years of commercial experience as a systems analyst.
• You can analyze complex processes and effectively solve problems.
• You can translate business needs into system solutions using the available tools.
• You can create and interpret UML and BPMN models.
• You know SQL and REST API technologies.
• You know basic programming constructs and the basics of object-oriented design.
• You have experience working with a workflow or low-code platform, such as Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega.
