• Leading quality stakeholders responsible for establishing the compliance of developed products with specifications and customer requirements
• Ensuring project quality monitoring
• Taking part in decision-making and risk management
• Working with departments to determine the priorities and relevance of actions taken (Pareto and QQOQCP tools)
• Monitoring improvements: corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, and relations with supervisory bodies
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
• Updating the reference framework and best practices
• Leading awareness-raising sessions or training courses

• A Master’s degree (BAC+5) and proven experience in the field of quality
• A Lean culture
• Proficiency in several quality standards
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Teaching skills and the ability to synthesize information
