Growth Analytics Manager

Bitpanda operates a platform that enables users to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Its products serve more than 7 million customers across Europe.

• Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing trusted company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to support faster, more reliable, economically grounded capital-allocation decisions
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows
• Improve experimentation quality and make insights widely accessible across the organization while maintaining strict analytical standards

• Proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that influences commercial and product decisions beyond basic reporting
• Technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement, with the confidence and expertise to challenge weak analysis
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting
• Ability to derive clarity from fragmented data and prioritize models and metrics that materially improve business outcomes
• Cross-functional leadership skills and ability to guide analysts and build partnerships with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners
