• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and document business requirements for complex digital initiatives.
• Lead the design of digital services, mapping current and future state journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and operational teams to ensure services meet user and organisational needs.
• Analyse Heathrow’s business processes and data to identify opportunities for digital improvement and innovation.
• Champion service design thinking and evidence-based decisions across transformation projects.
• Contribute to the business analysis community by developing re-usable methods and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Experience leading digital transformation or technology-driven projects in large organisations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
• Proficiency in using business analysis and service design tools such as process mapping, user stories, or service blueprints.
• Understanding of agile delivery methods and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
