Easybrain develops a portfolio of games with billions of installs. Its Business Intelligence team runs production ML models for LTV prediction and user acquisition optimization and builds systems for ads monetization and game personalization.

• Research and develop ads monetization optimization, including floor pricing and ad load balancing, from underlying dynamics and heuristics to ML models and potentially RL;
• Predict LTV and other key user metrics using large-scale behavioral data;
• Improve forecast accuracy through new modeling approaches, data signals, and features;
• Build in-game personalization systems for difficulty and content management;
• Validate models through A/B tests in collaboration with the analytical team;
• Bring models to production.

• Experience in predictive modelling and deploying ML models to production, including framing open problems, exploring data, building baselines, and iterating towards ML solutions;
• Strong knowledge of Python and hands-on experience with the modern ML stack;
• Profound understanding of statistics and machine learning;
• English at B2+ level;
• Fluent Russian;
• Nice to have: experience in reinforcement learning, recommender systems, ad tech, or mobile games.
