Solflare is a crypto wallet with around 3.5 million monthly active users and over $20 billion in digital assets secured through its platform. Founded in 2021, it is building a gateway to Web3 and aims to give people full control over their assets and greater financial independence.

• Gather data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and relevant to business questions;
• Contribute to the data pipeline by building and maintaining transformation logic that turns raw data into analysis-ready datasets;
• Use statistical techniques and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that guide data-driven decisions;
• Create clear dashboards, reports, and charts that help stakeholders understand findings and take action;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations that shape the product roadmap;
• Ensure data is secure, well-documented, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• 5+ Years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large amounts of different types of data;
• Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods;
• Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis;
• Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and aggregate data;
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;
• Experience integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into an engineering workflow;
• Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables;
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools for moving data from different sources into a usable format;
• Take initiative, follow through, and deliver work end-to-end; communicate openly and learn from challenges;
• Nice to have: fintech, banking, or insurance industry experience, experience processing blockchain data using sources such as Dune or Solscan.
