Bolt operates a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. Its services include ride-hailing, food delivery, scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing.

• Own end-to-end marketplace analysis across supply, demand, pricing, and marketplace health;
• Diagnose performance issues, translate findings into actions, and quantify their impact on rides, revenue, and cost;
• Understand, own, and improve financial processes;
• Design and deliver operational interventions across pricing, incentives, driver engagement, and supply–demand balance;
• Act as Account Manager for key Fleet Partners, helping them resolve issues, scale on Bolt, and align on shared performance goals;
• Design, document, and improve scalable processes for the wider team;
• Deliver measurable outcomes and maintain accountability for results;
• Use AI tools to analyse data, prototype models, and design or document new processes faster.

• 3–5 Years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytical roles;
• Experience with marketplaces, mobility, or technology is preferred;
• Independently build and interrogate datasets, structure complex problems, and translate findings into action;
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills, including forecasting, scenarios, and unit economics;
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar;
• Design new ways of working and operate independently with minimal supervision;
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage external partners confidently;
• English and Polish for clear, concise communication;
• Nice to have: SQL, fluency with AI tools.
