SoftConstruct develops technologies and services in the gaming industry.

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts on best practices, technical execution, and project management;
• Define the strategic roadmap for the BI function, aligning it with company objectives and stakeholder needs;
• Oversee the entire BI lifecycle, from complex requirement gathering and solution design to final delivery, adoption, and maintenance;
• Lead high-level business and operational data analysis to provide strategic insights that drive critical business decisions;
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and data quality across all BI dashboards and reports;
• Design and optimize the core BI architecture, complex data models, and advanced ETL/ELT processes to ensure scalability and efficiency;
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary consultant for cross-functional data initiatives;
• Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of BI dashboards, reports, and data pipelines developed by the team;
• Drive the evaluation and adoption of new BI tools, data visualization techniques, and advanced analytics technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• At least 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership, senior, or supervisory role;
• Proven leadership and team mentorship experience in a BI or Data Analytics setting;
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning for large, complex datasets;
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and governing scalable BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT methodologies;
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar;
• Ability to translate high-level business strategy into actionable BI requirements and solutions;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
