• Preparing reports for traders and other stakeholders based on business requests and reporting requirements.
• Reconciling successful and unsuccessful transactions, monitoring PSP balances, and comparing internal records with PSP reports.
• Identifying and investigating discrepancies in transaction statuses, amounts, balances, and commissions.
• Preparing reconciliation documents and supporting the resolution of identified issues.
• Reviewing reporting formats and suggesting improvements to reporting processes and financial system functionality.
• Working with the team to ensure accurate reporting and smooth daily operations.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Confident use of MS Excel and Google Sheets for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working with structured data and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or above.
