Solflare is a crypto wallet with around 4 million monthly active users and over $20 billion in digital assets secured through its platform. Founded in 2021, it is building a gateway to Web3 that gives people control over their assets.
задачи
Gather data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and relevant to business questions
Contribute to the data pipeline by building and maintaining transformation logic that turns raw data into analysis-ready datasets
Use statistical techniques and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations
Create dashboards, reports, and charts that make findings clear and actionable
Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations that shape the product roadmap
Ensure data is secure, well-documented, and accessible
требования
5+ Years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large amounts of different types of data
Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methods
Proficiency in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and aggregate data
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Experience integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into an engineering workflow
Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables
Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools for moving data from different sources into a usable format
Problem-solving, initiative, teamwork, adaptability, ownership, and end-to-end accountability
