• Lead complex, cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights for commercial, operational, and financial decisions across the Capital Markets business unit;
• Scope, design, and deliver analytics projects independently from requirements gathering through executive presentation;
• Architect, build, and govern Domo dashboards and reports for Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance;
• Define and enforce dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the Insights team;
• Define and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes across analytics outputs;
• Document data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and team scalability;
• Serve as an analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership;
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives;
• Drive alignment on analytics priorities, manage competing stakeholder requests, and communicate timelines and trade-offs;
• Lead analytics strategy for the Global Financial Services business unit;
• Shape the use of AI in Domo to accelerate insight delivery;
• Work on strategic projects influencing Capital Markets revenue and operational decisions.

• 4–7 Years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field;
• Track record of leading analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
• Proficiency in Domo, including DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere, and connector management;
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data integration;
• Ability to present complex data findings clearly and confidently to non-technical and executive audiences;
• Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, set priorities, and deliver without heavy oversight;
• Nice to have: Experience in financial services, capital markets, or fund administration; Power BI or Tableau; SAP, NetSuite, or Denodo.
