Data analyst in banking

AGROBANK is growing fast: +28% in assets over the past year. The bank is in the middle of a major transformation. Today, much of the reporting still lives in Excel. We’re changing that. We’re building a unified Analytics Center from the ground up, and we’re hiring 4 Senior Data Analysts to build it with us. You won’t be alone: our Data Engineering and System Analytics teams are already in place and working.

• Move processes from Excel to proper data marts, pipelines, and dashboards
• Gather business requirements and agree on metric definitions
• Find data sources, explore how they connect, and document data lineage
• Build data marts and ETL/ELT pipelines together with Data Engineers
• Check data quality and reconcile calculations against control sources
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes across business units
• Use AI agents to automate your work and turn repeatable workflows into skills

• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech or BigTech
• Strong SQL: complex queries, window functions, optimization
• Python for data analysis and automation
• BI: DataLens, Superset, Tableau or similar tools
• Git: branching, clear commits, pull requests, code reviews
• Ability to talk with the business and explain results clearly
• Readiness to lead change management: patience, persistence, and the ability to push ideas through complex processes
• Uzbek and Russian languages
