Data analyst in B2B

As a Data Analyst in the Business Analytics team, you'll be the dedicated analyst for our B2B commercial direction. You'll work as an independent contributor, side by side with the commercial team. You'll find growth opportunities in the data, form and test hypotheses, and measure the impact of business initiatives that are not product features.

• supporting and developing our pricing override and cost modifier processes
• designing experiments around the credit limits we give B2B partners to help grow their booking volumes
• evaluating the financial and customer impact of opening local legal entities in new markets
• you'll choose and apply other methods, such as difference-in-differences or causal impact

• 2+ years of experience in business, data or product analytics
• Strong SQL, including writing efficient, fast-running queries
• Confident Python and its data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn and others
• Hands-on experience with difference-in-differences
• Experience with causal inference methods: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching and similar
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests and other experiments
• Ability to dive deep into business processes, solve non-standard problems and work independently
• Fluent Russian and English B2
