• Ensure the reliability of data from different sources;
• Maintain and develop dashboards for the operations team;
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers;
• Conduct in-depth analyses across Operations, Quality, and HR, including recruitment and upskilling;
• Propose operational improvements;
• Automate bonus calculations for a sales team of over 400 people across France and Spain;
• Automate team tasks by creating innovative tools;
• Implement alerting systems to identify potential issues and anticipate market changes.

• Graduate of an engineering or business school;
• Passionate about data and digital;
• Rigorous, resourceful, and independent;
• Comfortable with SQL, data processing, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Data Studio;
• Good level of English;
• Good level of French;
• Nice to have: Data science skills.
