• Lead the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization;
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into business KPIs, including MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance;
• Connect Power BI to Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms;
• Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query for high-performance reporting and forecasting;
• Deliver tailored training and support for business users to promote self-service analytics and improve data literacy;
• Partner with FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product teams to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions;
• Define and implement data governance practices focused on security, compliance, and data integrity;
• Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery;
• Optimize dashboards for performance and reliability and resolve technical issues;
• Stay current with Power BI features and recommend innovations for analytics capabilities.

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context;
• Experience building SaaS metrics dashboards;
• Experience with Salesforce or another modern CRM from the data and sales cycle perspective;
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, dataflows, and data modelling;
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, and ERP systems;
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics;
• Proactive ability to understand and build the data required for dashboards;
• Ability to lead projects and align technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills with experience mentoring or enabling others;
• Ability to translate business questions into measurable metrics, datasets, and dashboards;
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices;
• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
• Natural curiosity and a growth mindset;
• Nice to have: Power BI certification, Agile project experience, exposure to Python, R, or Tableau.
