• Develop quantitative analysis and statistical models to evaluate and steer marketing decisions;
• Propose and defend strategic recommendations to top marketing leads;
• Set up and analyze marketing experiments to drive strategic decision-making;
• Explore large datasets, identify opportunities and issues, and present findings to stakeholders;
• Maintain and improve marketing measurement tools, including attribution, the experimentation framework, and customer lifetime value models;
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing teams and the data engineering team;
• Mentor others in the skills needed for this role.

• 8+ Years of relevant experience interpreting data in an analytics or data science role;
• Track record of solving marketing and growth challenges and influencing decisions or driving business results;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for analysis, including pandas, scikit-learn, or pyspark;
• Ability to understand user behavior and the meaning behind numbers, with a track record of sharing insights with business stakeholders;
• Prior exposure to digital and performance marketing or SEO, especially data-driven platforms such as Google Ads and Meta;
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Jupyter Notebooks, or Databricks;
• Ability to work in an international environment with minimal direction;
• Nice to have: Experience understanding and modeling marketing journeys, experience with big data tools such as Spark or Hive.
