• Partner with Expansion leadership on transformation initiatives shaping value propositions, business models, customer experiences, monetization strategies, and operational playbooks for new geographies, segments, and product lines
• Evaluate and prioritize market entries, customer segments, and strategic bets through market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and customer analysis
• Analyze expansion-stage customer behavior, unit economics, funnel performance, and competitive dynamics to identify where to double down or pivot
• Lead cross-functional performance analyses across Expansion workstreams, explain new-market KPI drivers, and deliver actionable insights to the executive team
• Build market sizing and TAM/SAM/SOM models, launch ramp and forecasting models, scenario models, and financial models to quantify the potential upside and downside of strategic bets

• At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence leadership-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• A proactive, curious mindset and drive to investigate discrepancies and identify opportunities
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, structured approach to analysis
• Proven Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, including driver-based modeling, sensitivity analysis, and financial impact estimation
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and engaging diverse stakeholders
