• Develop innovative measurement and analytical approaches to understand performance and customers, and embed findings into day-to-day decision-making
• Answer complex business questions through quantitative analysis and experimentation, extracting actionable insights
• Influence strategic and tactical decisions across leadership and cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to implement reliable, scalable data pipelines for essential information
• Build models and tools to inform pricing strategies, support competitive positioning, and maximize margin opportunities
• Partner with Customer Insights teams on customer and competitor research, integrating findings into operational workflows
• Build a data-driven decision-making culture and improve teams’ data literacy and confidence
• Coach and mentor analysts to develop their skills and deliver high-quality results

• 5+ Years of experience in analytics or data science
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design
• Expert SQL and database skills, including writing structured, efficient queries on large datasets
• Experience developing with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of data visualization and storytelling
• Curiosity and comfort gathering and analyzing large amounts of data across business dimensions
• The role is London-based; candidates should ideally be based in or around London or able to attend the office regularly
