• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
• Strong business sense and product intuition
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
• Strong applied statistics background
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic
