• Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and interactive dashboards for monitoring and predicting service performance;
• Deliver actionable insights and performance recommendations to Regional and Local Service Leadership;
• Partner with Global, Regional, and Local Service teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and reconciliation of operational metrics across scorecards and reporting systems;
• Transform complex operational data into business intelligence that drives service excellence and continuous improvement;
• Develop benchmarking analyses and performance reports to identify best practices and support strategic initiatives;
• Integrate intelligent alerting and decision-support capabilities into operational reporting environments;
• Explore and apply AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business challenges;
• Implement automated data pipelines, reporting workflows, and self-service analytics capabilities;
• Support transformation programs and non-technical projects within the Service Transformation Office;
• Contribute to global and regional initiatives based on business priorities and organizational needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role within a global organization;
• Strong experience with data visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent;
• Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and KPI development;
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating business needs into actionable insights and analytical solutions;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: experience in service operations, customer support, field service, or healthcare diagnostics environments; cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architecture solutions; process automation technologies and workflow orchestration tools; change management and performance improvement initiatives in a global matrix organization.
