• Support cross-functional data needs by collaborating with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Engineering teams
• Clean, transform, and document datasets, escalate data inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy and reliability as part of data governance initiatives
• Leverage AI to automate manual and repetitive processes
• Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for commercial teams
• Develop and design scalable, reliable, and sustainable data products that can be reused for different use cases

• 1–3+ Years of experience in data analysis, data wrangling, or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and processing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Basic understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality practices
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and control-oriented environments
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team
• Fluency with AI tools for automating repetitive tasks, including first-draft code, boilerplate documentation, and exploratory queries
• Proactive, curious, analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to shape your own path
