• Build, develop, and support data products offered by the Data Office;
• Translate data into meaningful and actionable insights;
• Understand business and technical aspects of data to deliver suitable products for stakeholders;
• Support continuous improvement by developing value-adding products;
• Highlight data risks through thorough testing and analysis;
• Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources;
• Create models, reports, dashboards, and recommendations;
• Design and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions;
• Work with Data Engineering and key stakeholders to develop scalable analytics products;
• Contribute to data pipelines and curated datasets;
• Identify trends through data analysis;
• Provide expert guidance on analytics and performance measurement;
• Maximise the value of internal and external data sources;
• Deliver projects autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the Data Analytics Lead.

• Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence;
• Proficiency in SQL;
• Extensive experience in data analytics and data visualisation;
• Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques;
• Experience with large datasets and relational databases;
• Track record of making data solutions accessible for end-users;
• Experience working with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making;
• Experience building data products that transition manual and heavily Excel-based analysis to automated or semi-automated solutions;
• Knowledge of star schema modelling, including dimensional data modelling, dimensions, facts, measures, and hierarchies;
• Experience developing analytics with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualisation tools;
• Nice to have: Python, experience beyond descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
