• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and propose operational improvements;
• Create innovative tools to automate team tasks;
• Ensure data reliability from acquisition, CRM, operations, finance, and other sources;
• Maintain and develop dashboards for the acquisition team;
• Implement alert systems to identify potential issues and anticipate market shifts;
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve team performance;
• Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of new acquisition initiatives.

• Have a background from a business or engineering school;
• Have experience in Business Intelligence or Business Analytics;
• Be proficient with SQL, data processing, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker;
• Be proficient in English;
• Learn quickly and develop skills in new areas;
• Be creative, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and autonomous;
• Be passionate about data and the digital world;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of BigQuery, Git, JIRA, Docker, or other software development tools.
