- Manage first-line support for user queries and handle daily master data requests;
- Perform data updates, including creating new cost centers and ledger accounts;
- Conduct regular data quality checks;
- Maintain accurate financial structures in line with compliance and governance protocols;
- Partner with the broader team on project work;
- Assist in gathering business requirements;
- Use modern technology and AI tools to automate routine workflows and improve process efficiency.
требования
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and understand stakeholder needs;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Genuine interest in data management;
- Basic understanding of Chart of Accounts and profit and loss structures, or strong motivation to learn;
- Comfortable using digital tools and AI to streamline tasks and improve productivity;
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical data concepts to business partners;
- Nice to have: Exposure to Workday Finance, OneStream, or Anaplan.
