• Analyze, plan, implement, and technically test IT solutions for DataWarehouse projects;
• Formalize and complete documentation according to current procedures;
• Participate in meetings with Business Areas and working sessions with the functional definition team;
• Conduct certification and quality tests and monitor UAT tests;
• Propose improvements to management platforms and tools to optimize and innovate them;
• Document technical analyses, implemented solutions, technical tests, and decision-making meetings;
• Communicate and validate activities and decisions with the person in charge;
• Ensure alignment with department recommendations, posture, and Roadmap;
• Report to the Data Hub Chapter.

• Knowledge of Microsoft BI Tools;
• SQL/T-SQL skills;
• Power BI experience;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io;
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from a user perspective;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field;
• At least 6 years of experience in functional/technical analysis and corporate data model definition;
• Experience with DataWarehouse solutions and understanding of all construction phases;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create conceptual designs that address DataWarehouse needs transversally;
• Experience in projects or environments using an Agile framework;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and lead meetings;
• Autonomy, proactivity, critical thinking, adaptability, and resilience;
• Ability to synthesize information and solve problems;
• Customer focus and results orientation;
• Portuguese proficiency;
• English proficiency;
• Nice to have: experience with Data Vault methodology, experience in the Banking area, particularly consumer credit.
