• Build reports and create dashboards in Tableau;
• Work with Tableau Prep;
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences;
• Support team members and help ensure deadlines are met;
• Work with ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources;
• Optimize query logic, indexes, and joins for performance;
• Administer Tableau Server, including user management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting;
• Break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions;
• Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Have excellent communication and storytelling skills;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Tableau, including building reports, creating dashboards, and working with Tableau Prep;
• Have at least 4 years of experience in data analytics;
• Be a team player;
• Be proficient in SQL;
• Have experience working with large-scale datasets;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Hold a B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Economy, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Be eager to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges;
• Nice to have: BigQuery and Dataform experience, experience with Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, or plotly, domain knowledge in airlines, transportation, logistics, or vacations.
