Data Analyst

IDBank is a bank that provides banking services, including payment cards, credit lines, and other financial products.

• Analyze customer database structure, customer behavior, and customer needs using relevant criteria and mechanisms;
• Segment customers and present product package proposals based on the demand of each segment;
• Analyze the customer base and present proposals within product upsell and cross-sell mechanisms and criteria;
• Analyze the customer lifecycle and present proposals aimed at extending or retaining it;
• Study customer base dynamics and present proposals for activating passive customers and attracting new customers;
• Initiate measures aimed at activating payment cards and credit lines;
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager;
• Follow the bank’s internal and disciplinary work rules and business ethics standards;
• Maintain unified standards regarding employees’ appearance and business style;
• Correctly and timely complete assignments given by management.

• Higher education in finance, data science, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of work experience;
• Excellent knowledge of banking operations;
• Knowledge of Armenian banking legislation;
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
• Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian;
• Good knowledge of SQL and MS Office, especially Excel;
• Analytical skills;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to cooperate.
