Data Analyst

• Collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights;
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively;
• Support business decisions through data-driven recommendations and analysis;
• Prepare, blend, analyze, and automate data workflows using Alteryx;
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives through data and AI-driven approaches.

• Strong statistical and analytical thinking;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Excel;
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI;
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, blending, analysis, and automation;
• Understanding of banking operations and cash payment processes;
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset;
• Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings to different stakeholders;
• Fluent English (Expert level).
