Data Analyst

Powerdot builds a network of electric vehicle chargers where people live and work, accelerating sustainable mobility through partnerships and scalable charging infrastructure.

• Gather and transform data from internal databases, external APIs, and surveys for analysis;
• Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
• Develop clear dashboards and reports that communicate findings to stakeholders;
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and create data-driven solutions for business questions;
• Champion strong data quality across teams and workflows;
• Stay up to date with analytics tools, techniques, and best practices;
• Mentor colleagues on analytics best practices and help improve the team's data capabilities.

• Up to 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI;
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-moving environment;
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences;
• Comfort working with ambiguity, complexity, and unstructured problems;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
