Data Analyst

ING Wholesale Banking provides financial services and solutions for business clients.

• Prepare management reports, develop analyses, and present conclusions and recommendations in an accessible, business-oriented manner;
• Create inspiring presentations to support key decision-making within Wholesale Banking;
• Analyze issues related to business clients as well as process and product efficiency;
• Monitor KPIs and support business areas in their interpretation;
• Integrate various data sources including commercial, financial, risk, and external data;
• Handle ongoing reporting and ad-hoc analysis support;
• Cooperate with the ING Group and the bank's management board;
• Participate in international projects within the ING Group.

• Hold a higher education degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a related field;
• Excel in data-driven storytelling, utilizing PowerPoint to build narratives rather than just slides;
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector;
• Have very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel;
• Demonstrate the ability to independently analyze data and formulate clear business conclusions;
• Show great work organization, responsibility, and a high-quality mindset;
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate financial data in a clear and engaging way;
• Speak English at a minimum B2 level;
• Nice to have: Power Query, Power Pivot.
